Make the issue easy to find
Include the page URL and the rules version or mode you mean. A complete reference is easier to assess than a disconnected screenshot. Do not send passwords, private account information or payment details.
How the form works
The PHP edition stores enquiries for an administrator to review. It does not send email. The static edition has no contact-message storage. The operator can add real direct contact details and a genuine map location through settings.
